Available Lands and Buildings

From time to time, Council will declare municipally owned lands as surplus to municipal needs and authorize those lands to be sold. If you have questions about surplus properties, please contact Realty Services.

Making an Offer

1. Download the applicable Property Information Package
2. Fill out the Agreement of Purchase and Sale with your offer
3. Submit the completed Agreement of Purchase and Sale to Realty Services:
