2025 Kawartha Lakes Municipal Calendar is Coming Soon!
This free helpful resource includes your weekly curbside collection schedule, landfill locations/hours of operation, special waste collection day/event reminders, and so much more!
Due to the Canada Post labor disruption, the 2025 Municipal Calendar will not be delivered by mail this year. Instead, it will be distributed as a flyer in the December 12 edition of the Kawartha Lakes Weekly newspaper. Kawartha Lakes Weekly is delivered each week from Tuesday to Thursday depending on location. The calendar will also be available at over 70 retail and municipal pickup locations. See the full list of pickup locations below.
Please note that the calendar is not yet available for pickup. Our goal is to have them available at the pickup locations by December 20, 2024. Please bear with us as delivery has been slow this year due to various weather related delays.
We will update this page once the calendars are available for pickup.

Calendar distribution locations
Calendars are delivered to all Municipal Service Centres and Kawartha Lakes Public Libraries. Be sure to confirm availability and hours of operation prior to visiting a location to pick up your copy.
We rely on businesses and organizations to let us know when they need more calendars delivered, and cannot guarantee calendars will always be in stock at private businesses. Please call ahead to avoid disappointment.
Are you a retailer interested in carrying our calendars? Thank you for your interest, at this time we are not looking to add any additional locations to our list of pick-up locations.
If you're already on the list and you're looking to re-stock the calendar, please reach out to our Waste Management team. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate re-stock requests but in order to ensure that there is stock for seasonal residents that return in the spring, re-stocks may be limited.
