Lindsay Transit |

With the addition of the new Orange Route, Lindsay Transit now has four bus routes in the town of Lindsay. View stop locations and route times on the official Lindsay Transit page. Lindsay Transit provides charters within the boundaries of the City of Kawartha Lakes. All charter requests (Lindsay Transit Charter Application) must be submitted to the Transit Division at least 30 days in advance of the booking date. Chartering of a Lindsay Transit vehicle must be contracted by a person 18 years of age or older. The 2024 fees are $94.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours) and for non-profit agencies $47.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours). The cost of the service will be fully covered by the organization requesting the charter and may require a damage deposit. Full payment (including damage deposit if deemed necessary) is due 24 hours (one business day) prior to commencement of the charter. All requests will be subject to the availability of resources. |
