Register for Kawartha Lakes eBilling servicesCreate a Payreq account

1. Click here to go to Payreq's login portal (go.payreq.com)
2. Click "Add New Biller" and register for Kawartha Lakes - Property Tax or Kawartha Lakes - Utility
3. Select "to register for Payreq"
4. Refer to your Kawartha Lakes property tax or utility bill to enter the required information

Note: Property Tax and Utility bills are sent using Canada Post regular mail, unless you have signed up for eBilling.

Register for one of the following electronic payment methods

Pre-authorized debit:

Complete the Property Tax Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement Application and/or the Utility Billing Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement Application.

Or

Online banking:

You can pay electronically through your online banking institution by adding a payee “Kawartha Lakes Taxes” or “Kawartha Lakes Utility” through your bill payments feature, then apply your Property Tax 19 digit long roll number Property Tax 1651xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or Utility Billing 15 digit account number with no decimal or spaces.
