All Municipal Service Centres open across Kawartha Lakes

Kawartha Lakes Municipal Service Centre entrances

Kawartha Lakes - Following the reopening of the Bobcaygeon Library and Service Centre on November 14, all municipal service centres across Kawartha Lakes are officially open for regular services, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Service Centres are available for walk-in at Bobcaygeon, Coboconk, Lindsay and Omemee.

For information on the service centres and the services provided, please visit A variety of services are available at each location, from municipal items for sale, payment options, permits and general information and inquiries. Some common examples include:

  • Dog tags
  • Recycling containers
  • Rain barrels
  • Garbage Tags
  • Transit passes and tokens (Lindsay Service Centre only)

  • Burn permits
  • Commissioner of Oath
  • Public access to computers (Bobcaygeon, Coboconk and Omemee locations only)
