City advises residents to use online options to receive and pay bills in advance of a possible Canada Post strike

Registering for e-billing is free and available by visiting www.epost.ca. Have your property tax or water/sewer bill handy as you will need information from your most recent bill to register.

In the event of a Canada Post Labour Disruption, water/sewer customers that would normally receive a bill in September may pick up their bill at City Hall starting Wednesday September 7.

Areas that will receive bills in September are:

For customers that live in the above areas and cannot come in to the local municipal service centre to obtain their bill, please call 705-324-9411 to obtain the amount of the most recent bill. Please be sure to have your previous bill in hand when calling as staff will be asking questions related to that bill for security purposes.

The City offers a number of payment options for customers including preauthorized payments (monthly and due date), through your bank (electronically or in person), and in person at one of our municipal service centres. Please note late payment charges will not be waived if the payment is not received in our office on or before the due date of the invoice.
