The purpose of the applications is to facilitate two (2) lot additions. +/- 0.196 ha (comprising Parts 1-4 and 13-16 on 57R-10246) is proposed to be severed and conveyed to 137 Kenedon Drive; +/- 0.049 ha (comprising Parts 5 and 12 on 57R-10246) is proposed to be severed and conveyed to 145 Kenedon Drive; and, +/- 0.31 ha (comprising Parts 1 and 2 on 57R-9491) is proposed as the retained parcel at 149 Kenedon Drive.

The purpose of the application is to create a new lot that fronts Charlore Park Drive. The severed lot would be +/- 0.99 hectares with the retained lot +/- 14.21 hectares.

                       

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
