The purpose of the application is to facilitate a lot addition. The vacant parcel to be severed is +/- 29 hectares containing grasslands, wildlife habitat, woodlands, and watercourses; this parcel is to be consolidated with the adjacent +/- 64 hectare managed forest lands parcel to the east. The parcel to be retained is +/- 14 hectares and contains a dwelling, shed, wind turbine, and solar panels.
