The purpose of the applications is for the creation of two (2) new residential building lots. The first severed lot (“Lot 2” on site plan) contains an existing shed and is +/- 0.52 hectares, proposed to contain a new dwelling and accessory building. The second severed lot (“Lot 3” on site plan) is a vacant +/- 1.16 hectare parcel, proposed to develop through a residential plan of subdivision in the future. The retained +/- 0.43 hectare lot (“Lot 1” on site plan) contains an existing dwelling with no further construction proposed.
A related Zoning By-law Amendment has been processed under File No. D06-2022-030.
If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
