The proposed easement is +/- 136.0 square meters (1,463.9 square feet) and contains hydro services; the retained land is +/- 0.605 hectares (1.49 ac) and contains a private lane and hydro services.

The purpose of the application is for a permanent easement to relocate a registered right-of-way for the neighbouring properties to access the water. The land intended to be conveyed is +/- 329.73 square metres; the land intended to be retained is +/- 1,868.45 square metres.
If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
