City prepares for another heavy snowfall and urges residents to use caution

The public is asked to please:

• Adjust driving speed to the road conditions
• Slow down and leave additional time for traveling
• Never pass a snow plow
• Leave extra stopping distance when entering a controlled intersection, and take caution on tight turns
• Avoid travel during severe storm events when possible
