- Peel St. between Kawartha Park and Fair Avenue (affected addresses: 86 Peel St, 88 Peel St, and 19 Albert St. N)
- Adelaide St. N between Fair Ave. and Bond St. (affected addresses: 34 Fair Ave, 46 Adelaide St. N and 48 Adelaide St. N)
- Victoria Ave. N at Lori Blvd. (affected addresses: 95 Lori Blvd, 278 Victoria Ave N and 276 Victoria Ave. N)
- Weldon Court (affected addresses: 57 to 63 and 65 Weldon Court)
This preventative maintenance process is necessary to remove settled and accumulated material and to eliminate the potential for sanitary sewer main surcharging which can result in damage to property.
During this process, a bubbling or vacuum effect may be noticed in your drains and toilets; it is recommended that affected residents keep all toilet seats closed and cover any floor drains. In addition, in order to prevent sewer gases from migrating into the home, it is important to refill all plumbing traps by running the water in your sinks and floor drains after the work is complete.
