Kawartha Lakes hosts third annual Wellness Fair

Kawartha Lakes – Join us on Thursday November 7, 2019 for our third annual Wellness Fair. This free community event will be held at the Lindsay Armoury, located at 210 Kent Street West, from 10am to 2pm.

"Not only does health and wellness help reduce the risk of stress, illness and disease, but it also directly affects our emotions and actions day-to-day to support a positive lifestyle,” stated Samantha Yip, Workplace Health and Safety Officer. "The Kawartha Lakes Wellness Fair is a no cost opportunity to learn about mind and body wellness, as well as a chance to connect with local businesses within the community."

Highlights of the event include:

• Free flu shot clinic
• Free health screenings and services
• Free live demonstrations, presentations and interactive activities involving fitness and health awareness
• Learn from community health and wellness experts

• Every guest will receive one free raffle ticket to win exciting prizes supplied by vendors
