Milk Run finisher As of July 13, 2022 registration for the Lindsay Milk Run is officially Sold Out. There will be no Race Day registration this year.

Kawartha Lakes – After a two year hiatus the Lindsay Milk Run will be returning this Sunday July 17. This 5K/10K event will take place at the Lindsay Recreation Complex located at 133 Adelaide Street South in Lindsay. The event will consist of both a 5K and 10K division, as well as a Teams division. This is an official chip timed run, so whether you are a seasoned athlete looking to achieve a personal best or are a family looking for something fun and active to do together, the Lindsay Milk Run is a fun community tradition to take part in!

The 2022 event is now over 90% sold out. Registration for this year's event will close on Wednesday July 13 at 4pm.

2022 Registration Fees are $37 for the 5K and $42 for the 10K.

Race Day registration will take place between 6:30am and 7:30am (space permitting) and the fee for either division on race day will be $52 paid via cash or cheque only.

Registration fees include a cow bell finisher medal, race t-shirt and post race refreshments.

Prizes will be awarded to the 5K and 10K overall male and female, the top 3 finishers in each age category in both divisions as well as to the fastest 5K and 10K team.

Interested participants can register either through the Kawartha Lakes Online Program Registration website or through the Race Roster website.
