Kawartha Lakes – Whether you are a seasoned athlete looking to achieve a personal best or are a family looking for something fun and active to do together, the Lindsay Milk Run is a fun community tradition to take part in!
The Lindsay Milk Run will be returning to the Lindsay Recreation Complex on Sunday July 21, 2024. This year’s event will feature both 5K and 10K divisions, as well as a Teams division. This event is an official chip timed run.
The 2024 Lindsay Milk Run is now over 75% sold out. Registration for this year's event is not scheduled to close until Wednesday July 17 at 4pm, but will close prior to that date once capacity is reached. Limited space is available for this event and once capacity is met, no further registrations will be accepted in advance or on race day.
2024 Registration Fees are $40 for the 5K and $45 for the 10K. Registration fees include a unique cow bell finisher medal, race t-shirt and post race refreshments for all participants.
Prizes will be awarded to the 5K and 10K overall male and female, the top 3 finishers in each age category in both divisions as well as to the fastest 5K and 10K team.
Interested participants can register either through the Kawartha Lakes Online Program Registration website or through the Race Roster website.
