Lindsay - Water Service for Peel St. April 25

Please be advised that there will be temporary shut down of water services for Peel St. in Lindsay between Cambridge St. and Victoria Ave. on Thursday April 25, 2019 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm. This shut off is due to construction in the area; the contractor completing the work will ensure that service will be restored as soon as possible.

Please ensure you have enough water on hand for this period. It is also recommended that hot water tanks be turned off during this period.

Please note that there may be discolouration in the water once it is tuned back on and you may need to run your cold water taps for a few minutes until the water is clear. There may also be air in the lines; running your cold water taps will assist in removing this trapped air.
