To facilitate the moves, the Municipal Law Enforcement and Licensing offices at 180 Kent Street West and City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, November 20. While our office locations will be closed on November 20, we will still have limited public access at the customer service counter at 180 Kent Street, where our Administrative Assistant will be stationed. The new office will open for service on Thursday, November 21.

“The Municipal Law Enforcement and Licensing teams are excited for their new home, which will better serve members of the public by offering all services in one location and streamlining processes,” said Aaron Sloan, Manager of Municipal Law Enforcement. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the office closure during the move and appreciate the public’s understanding as we get settled in.”
