The purpose of the application is to sever approximately 1,787.9 square metres of vacant residential lands fronting on Riverside Drive, and retain approximately 3,182.5 square metres of residential lands containing a single detached dwelling and a detached garage.  A new lot is being created.

The purpose of the application is to sever an approximately 607 square metre lot containing an existing residential building addressed as 86 Queen Street. The proposed retained lot of approximately 1,571 square metres contains an existing residential building addressed as 84 Queen Street. The effect of the application is to separate the ownership of the two residential buildings.

The purpose of the application is to create a 3.0 metre easement (right-of-way) over the driveway between the buildings addressed as 84 and 86 Queen Street. The easement will permit the owners/occupants of either building to access their rear parking areas by using the mutual driveway should application D03-2018-018 be granted.

The purpose of the application is to sever approximately 109 square metres of residential land and consolidate it with the abutting residential lot addressed as 67 Broad Street. Approximately 2,658 square metres of residential land containing a dwelling will be retained. The application proposes to enlarge the rear yard of 67 Broad Street. No new lot is being created.

The purpose of the application is to sever approximately 0.83 hectares of commercial recreation lands containing a dwelling and an accessory building; to be consolidated with approximately 0.33 hectares of abutting commercial recreation lands containing a boathouse and two (2) cabins. Approximately 1.62 hectares of commercial recreation lands containing a dwelling and eleven (11) cabins will be retained. No new lot is being created.

The purpose of the application is to sever approximately 306.37 square metres of vacant land from the residential lands at 7 Copes Lane and consolidate it with the abutting residential lot addressed as 1093 North Bay Drive. Approximately 76.69 acres of residential land containing a dwelling will be retained. No new lot is being created.

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
