The purpose of the application is a transfer for the creation of a new lot. The land intended to be severed is +/- 1.43 hectares for non-farm residential use; the land intended to be retained is +/- 63.0 hectares for agricultural use.

The purpose of the application is for a lot addition. The land intended to be severed is +/- 8.7 hectares to be consolidated with the abutting lot (1653 Kirkfield Road); the land intended to be retained is +/- 35.3 hectares.

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
