The purpose of the application is to sever approximately 45 hectares (111.2 acres) of agricultural land and consolidate it with the abutting agricultural lot that is approximately 27.69 hectares (68.44 acres) in size containing a single detached dwelling. Approximately 45 hectares (111.2 acres) of agricultural land is to be retained.

The purpose of the application is for correction of title for two lots, which were inadvertently merged on title. The application proposes that approximately 1,717.36 square metres (0.42 acres) be severed to re-create the prior residential lot (887 Highway 7) and 3,563.5 square metres (0.88 acres) be retained to re-create the commercial lot (Bailey Motors).

The purpose of the application is for a lot addition, whereby 18.21 hectares (45 acres) of agricultural land is proposed to be consolidated with an abutting agricultural parcel (Brown Farms Oakwood Ltd). Approximately 0.62 ha (1.53 acres) will be retained for an existing dwelling, garage and shed.

The purpose of the application is to sever an approximately 4.05 hectare (10 acre) rural parcel and consolidate it with the abutting community facility parcel known as Emily Cemetery and addressed as 4249 Highway 7. Approximately 54.22 hectares (133.9 acres) of rural land is to be retained.

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
