
TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to By-law 2008-065 and 2010-118, both as amended, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes has declared that a piece of municipally owned property legally described as Lot 14, Registrar’s Compiled Plan No. 5, in the Geographic Township of Eldon, City of Kawartha Lakes designated as Parts 1, 2, and 3 on Plan 57R-10548 surplus to its needs and at its meeting to be held on September 12, 2017, at 2:00 pmin the Council Chambers, City Hall, 26 Francis Street, Lindsay, Ontario, intends to pass a by-law to authorize the sale of the land.
A Reference Plan showing the parcel of land is on file and may be examined at the Realty Services office of the City of Kawartha Lakes at 12 Peel Street, Lindsay, Ontario.
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the said meeting the Council shall hear in person or by their Counsel, Solicitor or Agent any person who claims that his or her land would be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applies to be heard.
