Seniors Serving Seniors in Kawartha Lakes

The kick off event, Seniors Serving Seniors, will be a spaghetti luncheon from 12-1:30pm. The event will be held at Victoria Manor, 220 Angeline St. S., Lindsay. The cost is $10 for adults and $8 for seniors. Lunch will be served by residents of Victoria Manor and all proceeds raised are going directly to the United Way, to support seniors living in Kawartha Lakes.

Holly Speedie, Manager of Resident and Family Services at Victoria Manor commented, "The residents at Victoria Manor are excited to partner with United Way to give back to seniors living in the community. This event is a great way to kick off Seniors' Month, which we will also be celebrating on June 16 with Victoria Manor's Annual Car Show and Community Fun Night."
