Kawartha Lakes – The 2023 Spring/Summer Baseball Diamond and Athletic Field Request Form is now available for completion online. To request Baseball Diamond or Athletic Field time between May 2023 and October 2023, groups should visit the Rent a Facility page of the municipal website to complete a Request Form, by no later than 12pm on Monday April 3.
Completed Request Forms are not considered a booked contract. Contracts will be issued through the Facility Booking Office. Ball Diamonds and Athletic Fields will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
