Kawartha Lakes – The 2023 Spring/Summer Ice Request Form is now available online. New for 2023, there have been some changes to the Ice Request Form and the ice allocation process. Please review the Ice Facility Allocation Management Directive found on the Rent a Facility page for further details.
The Spring/Summer Ice Request Form is intended for designated minor and ice users who are requesting at least one of the following:
- 8 consecutive weeks of Spring ice between April 1, 2023 and June 30, 2023;
- 7 consecutive weeks of Summer ice between July 1, 2023 and September 1, 2023;
- Special Events or Camps requesting 5 consecutive days with a minimum of 4 hours of ice per day.
Spring/Summer Ice Requests must be submitted online no later than 11am on Tuesday January 3, 2023.
Completed Request Forms are not considered a booked contract. Contracts will be issued through the Facility Booking Office. Ice time will be booked as per the City of Kawartha Lakes Ice Facility Allocation Management Directive.
