Starter Company PLUS offers funding and support for local entrepreneurs

The benefits of participating in Starter Company PLUS include:

• one-on-one consultation with KLSBEC advisors
• free small business training and business plan development support
• mentorship from local business leaders
• the opportunity to qualify for grants up to $4,000 through a competitive process

You may be eligible if you are:

• 18 years of age or older
• a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Ontario
• not a full time student and not returning to school full time
• proposing a new business , expanding a business or buying a company in Kawartha Lakes or the County of Haliburton
• willing to commit at least 35 hours a week to your business

Starter Company PLUS is supported by Kawartha Lakes Community Futures Development Corporation and the Haliburton County Development Corporation.
