Kawartha Lakes – The Lindsay Milk Run will be returning to the Lindsay Recreation Complex on Sunday July 16, 2023. This year’s event will feature both 5K and 10K divisions, as well as a Teams division. This is an official chip timed run; so whether you are a seasoned athlete looking to achieve a personal best or are a family looking for something fun and active to do together, the Lindsay Milk Run is a fun community tradition to take part in!

The 2023 event is now over 90% sold out. Registration for this year's event is scheduled to close on Wednesday July 12 at 4pm, but will close earlier if capacity is reached.

2023 Registration Fees are $38 for the 5K and $43 for the 10K.

Registration fees include a unique cow bell finisher medal, race t-shirt and post race refreshments.

Prizes will be awarded to the 5K and 10K overall male and female, the top 3 finishers in each age category in both divisions as well as to the fastest 5K and 10K team. New this year, there will also be a local participant draw.

Interested participants can register either through the Kawartha Lakes Online Program Registration website or through the Race Roster website.
