Wednesday August 28 - Mavis

MavisMavis, emerging in 2018 with a raw collection of demos, quickly evolved. Their 2020 album "Old Stories, New Lies" showcased a lo-fi, earnest sound, influenced by new member Devon Golding. Despite inconsistencies, tracks like “Whiskey and Cigarettes” showed potential. Their 2022 single "Love Spells," produced by Steve Rizun, marked a genre-straddling turn, polished by drummer Mathieu Perrier. Their latest, the 2024 "Floppy" E.P., continues this evolution, blending so-cal punk and mid-2000s indie rock influences, a stark contrast to their humble beginnings.

Schedule is subject to change. Concerts are weather permitting and held at the discretion of the band. In the event of a cancellation, a notice will be posted on our social platforms and a sign will be posted at the Gazebo. An announcement may also be made on Bounce 91.9FM (whenever possible).
