Returning to the Concerts in the Park series, Brian Wride is an accomplished finger-style guitarist with a “voice like a minor key” who teaches music from his home in Uxbridge, Ontario. His passion is for music education but he rarely passes up an opportunity to battle stage fright. Brian performs folky interpretations of Classic Rock and obscure Canadiana, with a few instrumental guitar pieces thrown into the mix.

Born and raised in Kawartha Lakes, Shane Rosenberg grew up living the best life that being North of 7 has to offer. This songwriter brings his rural roots to light, with vivid imagery and memorable melodies. The Ferrport Jazz Ensemble (FJE) from Port Perry is a 'Classic Jazz Quintet' featuring piano, upright bass, drums, guitar, and sax. With a mix from Ballads & Blues to Salsa and Swing, the FJE performs Jazz Standards from the "Great American Songbook" that are guaranteed to move your heart, your soul, and your feet.

Three self-proclaimed “disparate and desperate” seasoned musicians got together during the pandemic to form this trio.
Two Meters Apart features Mike on drums, Andy on guitar and vocals and John on keyboard and vocals. Performing toe tapping tunes from yesteryear like Baby Face, Five Ft. Two, The Saints, Lazy River, Tootsie and many more! There may even be time for a joke or ten at this performance which will also feature a guest performance by the Kawartha Country Cloggers.

This group of mature musicians started at the Lindsay Seniors Association and aren’t quite as young as pictured but they roll and they rock.
Featuring Paul Parker (drums and vocals), Blaine Kremer (bass), Allison Kremer (piano and vocals), Andy Smits (accordion, harmonica and vocals), Richard Neal (guitar and vocals), John Parnall (guitar, piano, uke, various ‘things’ including vocals) and Mil Sepic (guitar, banjo and vocals) performing a variety of Country, Cajun, Show tunes, The Beatles, Soul and Blues favourites.

The REACHERS are a Lindsay based band, consisting of members of The Canadian Mental Health Association HKPR’s REACH for Recovery Centre. The band showcases their musical talent; defies stigma associated with mental health challenges and instills hope for recovery. The REACHERS perform original songs along with a wide variety of cover music, ranging from the '60s to now.

The Parker Blvd. House Band has been in existence since 2010 and concentrates on concerts and other special events. With artists on the roster varying from year to year. Their selections run a wide range of classic hits from the '50s to present day and cover Rock, Folk, Country, Soul and Jazz.
The core members include, vocalists Paul Parker on percussion and pedal steel guitar, Andy Smits on keyboards, guitar, accordion and bass, Dennis Patterson on rhythm guitar and harmonica, Bob Caulfield on lead guitar and mandolin. Combined they have over 200 years experience in the field of music. They are often joined by guest performers Kevin Drea on jazz Guitar, Garry Kelly on bass and guitar and Parker Percussion on back up percussion and effects depending on availability.

Jake Norris and the SideStreet Band are revitalized and ready to rock your summer! This talented group of musicians captivates their audience whether it be the bar scene, an intimate private event, or a large public venue. Offering an entertaining mix of Classic Rock, Country, and Blues these guys bring the party everywhere they go.
Lead Vocalist, Jake Norris is sure to catch your attention with his distinctive, powerful voice and unmistakable stage presence. Jeremy VanHalteren on Lead Guitar captivates with intricate solo performances and his eclectic collection of guitars. Rev. Join us for the final concert of our 2022 Series featuring J Ezs (6 to 7pm) and Linda ‘Pinky’ Brown (7 to 9pm)

J Ezs is a local country artist, songwriter and performer. He is the Lead vocalist for the international tribute to foreigner jukebox heroes and also the Tommy Shaw in Ultimate Styx tribute to Styx he has been playing guitar and singing for many artists in Ontario and the US.
Linda 'Pinky' Brown, founder of Don't Drive Distracted, I Pinky Swear shows as much passion and dedication to her music as she does for her cause. When she isn't educating others about the dangers of distracted driving, Linda can be found almost anywhere there is music here in the Kawartha Lakes! From local open mic events, to bringing the joy song to seniors in long term care, from helping others learn to play an instrument to recording in her home studio, Linda brings music, her smile and most often a collection of musical instruments most everywhere she goes.
