Splash Pads

All Municipal Splash Pads will close for the season effective September 11, 2023.

Our Splash Pads let you cool down while enjoying natural surroundings in a park setting. Splash Pads are free and open to public during regular hours of operation. There are four municipal Splash Pads located throughout Kawartha Lakes:

Logie Park Splash Pad

Logie Street Splash Pad

Address: 325 Logie Street, Lindsay

Amenities include:

  • Washrooms (hours of operation may vary)
  • Inclusive play area that features a zip line, unique climbing structure and rubberized play surfaces for accessible play as well as a unique sand experience for digging and imaginative play
  • An active sports asphalt trail meanders throughout the park and links to the Kawartha Trans Canada Trail
  • A waterfront paddle sport dock which also offers a tranquil lookout point on the Scugog River

Hours of Operation

Splash Pads will open for the 2023 season on Thursday June 22. All municipal Splash Pads will close for the season effective September 11, 2023.

Hours of operation will be 10am to 6pm daily.

Splash Pad Rules

  • Pets are not allowed on the Splash Pad
  • All children must have supervision at all times
  • Swim diapers are required for all children under 4 years of age
  • Swim suits and/or appropriate attire must be worn at all times
  • Footwear/sandals are strongly recommended
  • No food or beverages of any kind are allowed on the Splash Pad
  • No glass containers or breakable objects are allowed on the Splash Pad
  • Athletic equipment, balls, bats, beach balls, noodles etc. are not allowed on the Splash Pad
  • Do not climb, hang, swing or pull on any of the Splash Pad equipment
  • All participants must conduct themselves in a courteous, safe and family-oriented manner
  • The Splash Pad cannot be reserved for private parties or functions
  • In the event of an emergency, call 9-1-1
