Splash Pads Now Open!
Our Splash Pads let you cool down while enjoying natural surroundings in a park setting. Splash Pads are free and open to public during regular hours of operation. There are four municipal Splash Pads located throughout Kawartha Lakes:
Tommy Anderson Park Splash Pad
Address: 94 Dunn Street, Bobcaygeon
Amenities include:
- Washrooms (hours of operation may vary)
- Playground
- Ball Diamonds
- Sportsfield
- Picnic Shelter - available to be booked for private events
Elgin Park Splash Pad
Address: 162 Angeline Street North, Lindsay
Amenities include:
- Accessible washrooms (hours of operation may vary)
- Family change room
- Playground
- Picnic Shelter - available to be booked for private event
Garnet Graham Park Splash Pad
Address: 98 Francis Street West, Fenelon Falls
Amenities include:
- Washrooms (hours of operation may vary)
- Playground
- Beach Volleyball Court
- Beach
- Picnic Shelter- available to be booked for private events
Logie Park Splash Pad
Address: 325 Logie Street, Lindsay
Amenities include:
- Washrooms (hours of operation may vary)
- Inclusive play area that features a zip line, unique climbing structure and rubberized play surfaces for accessible play as well as a unique sand experience for digging and imaginative play
- An active sports asphalt trail meanders throughout the park and links to the Kawartha Trans Canada Trail
- A waterfront paddle sport dock which also offers a tranquil lookout point on the Scugog River

Hours of Operation |
Splash Pads will be open starting Friday June 13, 2025 at 10am. Hours of operation for all municipal splash pads will be 10am until 8pm seven days per week.
