2025 Bulk Water Rate Increase
Kawartha Lakes – The new 2025 Bulk Water Rates were adopted at Council on January 28, 2025. Effective Saturday February 1, 2025, the bulk water rates will increase from $5.28/m3 to $5.40/m3.
The new rates will be in effect at the following City of Kawartha Lakes bulk water stations: 50 Thornhill Road and 33 Mary Street East, in the town of Lindsay (coin-operated stations), and at the Flowpoint stations located at 50 Thornhill Road, Lindsay and 97 Francis Street West, in Fenelon Falls (at the Fenelon Falls Water Treatment Plant).
Please note that this rate increase will not affect the coin-operated systems at 9 John Street, Fenelon Falls (the Fire Hall) and 3474 Monck Road, Norland (Norland Water Treatment Plant).
