Building and Septic Division returns to Coboconk Library and Service Centre
Kawartha Lakes – We’re pleased to share that our Building and Septic Division has returned to the Coboconk Library and Service Centre, located on 9 Grandy Road in Coboconk, effective immediately.
The building was closed for renovations at the end of October 2023 due to aging infrastructure relating to the washroom plumbing. Our Customer Service and Library staff returned to the building in July 2024.
The following Building and Septic services will be available again at the Coboconk Library and Service Centre for projects located in the Coboconk East and West areas:
- Building permit application intake and payment, issuance and inspections
- Swimming Pool application processing
- Accessory Residential Unit application processing
- General inquiries relating to any of the above services
Septic permit application intake and payment, as well as issuance and inspections for the North Inspection Area will also be available again at the Coboconk Library and Service Centre.
