The purpose of the consent applications is to facilitate the severance of the property to create three (3) new residential lots to be used for low-density residential uses. 

Lot 1 (D03-2025-041)

Proposed Lot 1 is to be +/- 1,282.77 square metres in size with +/- 21.32 metres of frontage on Alma Street North, intended for low-density residential use. 

Lot 2 (D03-2025-042)

Proposed Lot 1 is to be +/- 1,282.76 square metres in size with +/- 21.31 metres of frontage on Alma Street North, intended for low-density residential use. 

Lot 3 (D03-2025-043)

Proposed Lot 1 is to be +/- 1,282.76 square metres in size with +/- 21.31 metres of frontage on Alma Street North, intended for low-density residential use. 

Retained Lot

As a result of the proposed severances, the retained lot is to be +/- 18,482.67 square metres in size with +/- 20.16 metres of frontage on Alma Street North, and is intended to be developed in the future. 

If a person or public body that files an appeal of a decision of the City of Kawartha Lakes in respect of a proposed consent does not make written submissions to the City of Kawartha Lakes before it gives or refuses to give a provisional consent, the Ontario Land Tribunal may dismiss the appeal.
