Construction Notice: Ski Hill Road (CKL Road 38) from Highway 7 to Highway 7A
Kawartha Lakes – The City of Kawartha Lakes has retained Four Seasons Site Developments Ltd. to undertake a pavement-resurfacing project on Ski Hill Road (CKL Road 38) from Highway 7 to Highway 7A.
Project Scope:
- Recycle and stabilize existing asphalt/road base
- Place new surface course asphalt
The project is anticipated to start May 16, 2025. Working hours are expected to be 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday work if production is lost due to inclement weather or other factors.
All work will take place within the City’s Right of Way. During construction, sections of the road will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations. Access to driveways will be maintained, however at times minor disruptions may be unavoidable.
The project is anticipated to be completed by July 31, 2025.
