Construction Notice: Temporary Closure of the Elm Tree Road Bridge

CORRECTION: Detour routes below have changed. Correct version is noted.

Kawartha Lakes - Please be advised that The Elm Tree Road Bridge (Structure No. B018065) will temporarily closed from September 8 to November 15, 2025 to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic due to bridge rehabilitation work. The closure is required for public safety while construction is underway.

Southbound Detour 

• Westbound on Little Britain Road 
• Southbound on Eldon Road 
• Eastbound on Ramsey Road 
• Southbound on Valentia Road

Northbound Detour 

• Northbound on Valentia Road 
• Westbound on Ramsey Road 
• Northbound on Eldon Road 
• Eastbound on Little Britain Road
