Flags lowered to half-mast to mark the passing of Ernie Cooper
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our fellow co-worker Ernie Cooper. Ernie worked as a Crossing Guard within the Engineering Department. Our condolences are extended to Ernie’s family, friends and co-workers.
The flags at Kawartha Lakes City Hall, the Cenotaph at 190 Kent St., West, Lindsay, Bobcaygeon Service Centre, Coboconk Service Centre, Omemee Service Centre and Logie Park will be flown at half-mast.
