Kawartha Lakes Municipal Service Centres closed on Wednesday May 7, 2025 until 12pm

Kawartha Lakes – The Kawartha Lakes Customer Service Division will be closed on Wednesday May 7, 2025 from 8:30am to 12pm for staff training.

As a result, all four Municipal Service Centres (Bobcaygeon, Coboconk, Lindsay and Omemee), along with the municipality’s general inquiry Customer Service phone line will be unavailable during this time.

Please note that the phone line closure only impacts the Customer Service Division. Building, Zoning and Planning, Municipal Law Enforcement, Parks and Recreation, Economic Development, and all other departments and divisions will continue to handle inquiries through their respective extensions. For specific contact information, please visit our Departments and Divisions page.

While the Bobcaygeon Municipal Service Centre will be closed until 12pm on Wednesday, May 7, the Kawartha Lakes Public Library Bobcaygeon branch (located in the same building) will operate during its regular hours from 8:30am to 5pm. Please note that the Bobcaygeon library branch will only be open for library services during the Municipal Service Centre closure.

The Municipal Service Centres and the general inquiries Customer Service phone line will return to regular operating hours on Wednesday May 7 at 12pm.
