Kawartha Lakes – The municipality’s online reporting tool, Report It, has been restored.  

The community is once again able to submit inquiries, concerns, and feedback to us through the online form.

Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore the program.

About Report It

Residents are encouraged to submit detailed feedback, concerns, or inquires through the municipality’s Report It tool. Inquiries submitted through the Report It tool go directly to the department responsible for addressing the specific issue that’s being reported. In order to assure a timely response, please be sure to include as much detail as possible in your initial requests.

Contacting Customer Service

While the Report It form is a quick and easy way to submit your requests to the municipality without having to pick up the phone or leave your home, you’re still welcome to connect with our Customer Service division through the following channels:

  1. Visiting a Municipal Service Centre

  4. For after-hours municipal emergencies call 1-877-885-7337
