Kawartha Lakes – The municipality’s online reporting tool, Report It, is temporarily unavailable.  

Please note that while the Report It form appears functional, community members who complete and submit a case will encounter an error message and your request will not be processed.

Staff are actively working to restore the form. In the meantime, please submit inquiries, concerns, or feedback to the municipality through the following channels:

1. Visiting a Municipal Service Centre
2. Emailing inquiries@kawarthalakes.ca
3. Calling Customer Service at 705-324-9411
4. For after-hours municipal emergencies call 1-877-885-7337
