Winter storm update Feb 17-Road crews working to maintain safety
Kawartha Lakes – As the winter storm continues, bringing strong winds, blowing snow, and heavy accumulation over the last 24 hours, road crews remain actively engaged in addressing conditions.
Overnight, conditions are expected to worsen due to drifting snow and reduced visibility on some roadways. A full deployment of road operations is scheduled for 4am on Tuesday February 18 to manage the ongoing impact.
