Take time for yourself at the Kawartha Lakes Wellness Fair

Kawartha Lakes – Take some time for yourself and discover new ways to support your health and wellbeing. Join us at the seventh annual Kawartha Lakes Wellness Fair, happening Wednesday, September 23 at the Victoria Park Armoury in Lindsay.

This free event brings together local health and wellness vendors, live demonstrations, resources and activities designed to help people feel their best. The Wellness Fair is open to the public and hosted by the City of Kawartha Lakes.

Visitors can drop in from 10am to 2pm to:

• Explore a variety of local health and wellness vendors
• Watch live demonstrations
• Learn about resources and services that support physical, mental and overall wellbeing
• Enter for a chance to win door prizes
• Connect with wellness professionals and ask questions

Instead of an admission fee, attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food donation for Kawartha Lakes Food Source, or new or gently used shoe donations to BioPed (Soles for Souls).

Taking care of your wellbeing can help reduce stress, support physical health, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others. The Wellness Fair is an easy way to explore new ideas, discover local supports, and make wellness part of your day.
