Need information about a property? The City provides a number of letters and record searches that can confirm zoning, building permit information, property standards, development charges and other information held by the City.
Subdivision Agreement Compliance Letters
The City of Kawartha Lakes provides Subdivision Agreement Compliance Letters to confirm the status of a subdivision agreement or amending agreement.
The Development Engineering Division reviews these requests and can confirm:
- whether the terms, conditions and obligations in the agreement have been met to date
- whether the streets and services have been assumed by the City
- whether securities have been released
- whether the City holds sufficient securities to secure the obligations in the agreement
Each request can be for one property only.
Fee
The Subdivision Agreement Compliance Letter fee is $124.
Payment must be made to the City of Kawartha Lakes.

Processing time
The City will work to provide your compliance letter within approximately 10 business days after receiving your request and confirming payment.
