Zoning
A Zoning By-law controls the use of land, including how it can be used, where buildings and structures can be located, lot sizes, parking requirements, building heights, and setbacks. All properties are assigned a zone, and each zone has specific permitted uses and requirements for development.
The Zoning By-law that applies depends on the location of your property. This page contains a link to each Zoning By-law and the associated schedules.
