Updated Schedule for Kawartha Lakes Summer Pop-up Booth
Kawartha Lakes – Residents have more opportunities to connect with the city this summer as the Communications and Public Engagement pop-up booth continues to travel across Kawartha Lakes.
Visit the City's Communications and Public Engagement booth at events across Kawartha Lakes this summer. The booth will be stopping at libraries, farmers' markets, recreation facilities and community events to share information about City programs, services and ways to stay connected.
"Our Communications and Public Engagement booth gives residents an opportunity to connect with City staff, explore municipal services and discover the many ways they can stay informed and engaged throughout the year," said Cheri Davidson, Communications, Advertising and Marketing Manager. "Whether you're looking for information, have questions about City services or want to share your feedback, we encourage you to stop by and say hello."
If you have questions about City services, want to explore the online tools to make your life easier, or are looking for new ways to stay informed, stop by the booth. Staff will be available to answer questions, provide resources and help you connect with programs and services across Kawartha Lakes.
The Communications and Public Engagement booth is a one-stop shop for information on:
- Discovering online tools that make it easier to access City information and services
- Learning how Jump In, Kawartha Lakes' online engagement platform, helps shape the future of our community
- Signing up for Jump Inbox to receive the municipal news that matters most to you
- Promoting your not-for-profit or charitable event through the Community Events Calendar
- Going paperless for your property tax and utility bills and automatically being entered for a chance to win $100
Visit the booth to complete a short survey, sign up for City news and engagement platforms, and share your feedback. If you can't make it to one of the scheduled stops, you can still complete the survey online.

As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered for a chance to win a Kawartha Lakes gift basket valued at approximately $200, filled with City-branded apparel, accessories and summer goodies. Stop by for resources, information sheets and giveaway items while supplies last.
