The purpose of the proposed consent application is to create one (1) new residential building lot with frontage onto Prince Street East for low-density residential uses.

The subject lands are known as 70 Orange Corners Road described as Part South 1/2 Lot 19, Concession 1; 57R-7316 and have an area of approximately 1.6 hectares (3.96 acre); with about 45.7 metres (150 feet) abutting Orange Corners Road.

Kawartha Lakes - In November of last year, Parks Canada released an update advising that work was beginning on the installation of the permanent end lifts for the Bobcaygeon Swing Bridge. These vertical end lifts are critical in ensuring the bridge seals tightly to the abutments during swings.
