Restricted Acts for Council may apply if 3 or more existing members of Council do not file a nomination by August 21, 2026. The Lame Duck period could apply between August 21 to November 15, 2026.
Preliminary List of Electors Released as Voters' List
September 1, 2026
Voting Period
Friday, October 16 at 9:00am to Monday, October 26, 2026 at 8:00pm
Term of Office Commences
Inaugural Meeting of the newly elected Council will be on Monday, November 16, 2026. The term continues until November 15, 2030.

Online Registration with Elections Ontario: Open Now until August 14, 2026
In-Person Registration: September 1, 2026 to October 26, 2026 at 8:00pm
Voting Period: October 16-26

City Hall and Municipal Service Centres

Library branches cannot issue a Voting PIN letter.
