Mustang Drive Culvert Rehabilitation
The City of Kawartha Lakes is undertaking engineering analysis of two structures on Mustang Dr/Concession Rd 13. Currently, these structures are beginning to show signs of wear and do not match modern design standards. A careful investigation has been undertaken to determine what level of rehabilitation is required, as well as areas in which the bridges must be upgraded to comply with modern safety standards. The ultimate design will consider the financial cost to the City and potential impacts to landowners and the environment. Construction activities will have temporary impacts on road users, and construction will extend to just beyond each structure.
