Short-Term Rentals

Thinking about renting out your cottage, home or vacation property?

Staying in a short-term rental?

Have a concern about one nearby?

You're in the right place.

The short-term rental (STR) licensing program helps make sure rentals are safe, well-managed and respectful of neighbours.

If you rent all or part of your property for a period of less than 28 consecutive days, you are required to have a Short-Term Rental Accommodation Licence.

If you are dealing with noise, parking, garbage or other short-term rental issues, you can report a concern through the 24/7 hotline or online complaint form.
