Step 1: Consult with Planning Staff

Please contact the Planning Division to speak with staff prior to submitting a Minor Variance Application. Staff will assess the merits of the proposed variances and provide guidance for completing the application form. Staff can also review the application form prior to formal submission to ensure it is complete and provide comments on any required changes.
