Northwest Trunk Sanitary Sewer Capital Charges

In accordance with By-Law 2015-151, capital charges are levied on development in the Northwest Lindsay Development Area for the Northwest Trunk Sewer and they are indexed annually on August 11. The following capital charges are in effect August 11, 2025 to August 10, 2026:
