Adopt-A-Road Program

Program Details

Volunteer groups agree to:

• Clean up their adopted road section twice a year (once in the spring and once in the fall)
• Take part in the program for three years
• Sign a waiver before each cleanup
• Give the City at least two days' notice before each cleanup

Note: Groups must be registered before holding their first cleanup. Please allow up to 10 business days for new applications to be processed.

The City provides:

• Garbage bags for each cleanup
• Free disposal of collected waste after the spring and fall cleanups
• A recognition sign along your adopted road.

Completed forms can be submitted by email, mail, or in person during regular operating hours at one of our Municipal Service Centres:
